Question Flowmaster???

I'm looking at buying a flowmaster 40 series for my truck but I can't find anybody that sells it. I've been to Flowmasters home page but it is absolutely no help. If anyone know's of a place let me know. Thanks.

Hi jpowell18

You can get the muffler you want from Jeg`s phone# 800-345-4545, or Summit phone# 800-230-3030, also to get the most from your exhaust change the factory Y pipe, Jeg`s and
Summit have this part for about 40 dollars.

I hope this helps, if you have more questions just ask.

Larry.

Hey thanks for the help. I guess I just wasn't looking hard enough. Also, if yall have the 40 series on your truck how does it sound? I have a v6 in my truck and I want it to sound good and be loud but I don't want it to be too much. The main thing is I don't want it to be annoying when I'm on a long trip. I've heard that the 40 series sounds really good with the V6 but if yall have something else to recommend please do. Thanks for your help.

Hey jpowell18

I have a 4.6 in my truck and it`s not that loud, but it does sound good when you get on it. I have been on two long trips and the sound did not bother me.

Hope this helps.

If I were you i would look at Spin Tech Mufflers. Their site is spintechmufflers.com
I put one on my 2000 expedition and it works great. Plus the exhaust is vortexed and gives you more torque.
