Question Lookin for "billycouldride"

Billy,
I'm in Jersey as well and would like the name & # of the shop in Pennsy that fabbed your Y pipe. Also who did the install?? I take it it's a weld-in rather than a clamp in??
Also anyone think there will be Warranty issues with this mod on a 2001??
Thanks,
WT

whiskytango,

the website where i got the y-pipe from is
autowizz.com

their phone 877-672-2347, be warned its alot more than the non-stainless pipe.

it is weld in, and the only place i was able to find that installed stainless steel pipe was meineke. i called some speed shops, actually went through several phone books and they were the only ones who could help.

good luck

i just saw your signature and see that you have the 5.4 motor. i know the y pipe is a good replacement piece for the 4.6 but i am not sure if you will get the same advantage from the 5.4 (i think the crossover pipe is not as limiting on the bigger motor) you might want to search some posts on this matter, again good luck.
