Post dynomax superturbo muffler ?

Since I've got a hole in my muffler and pipe it's time for a new exhaust system. I really don't want to go that expensive, so I was looking at a cheap Dynomax system for about $100 (part number 17410) and the flowmaster force II for about $200. The Dynomax has the super flo muffler and wanted to know if that would give me any performance gains or if it would be about equal to the flowmaster. I believe they're both 2.25 in and 2.5 out. I'm also getting some headers.. probably the dynomax coated for about 210.. I'm leaning towards dynomax because of the $25 rebate I can use on each item. thanks for any help.. i can't seem to find any info on the dynomax system i'm looking for. and i've got an 87 with a 302

Cool

Do you have a bronco? That's what that part number fits. The Dynomax kits for your application are just over $200. The 2 mufflers that you mention both have similar flow rates and performance. Look here www.a-1performance.com

Yes I do have a Bronco (guess I could've put that in the original post). I got a reply from another message board with someone saying he installed the dynomax system and didn't receive any hp increase and to save up for the flowmaster. But I can't base my purchase off of one reply, and since the Dynomax system is only $100 (good thing I have a Bronco and not a pickup... those systems are about $200) I'm seriously considering buying it. Just wish more people had it installed so I could get some more feedback on it.
