Exclamation HD Exhaust Warning!

I have the Harley Davidson exhaust on my Crew and my buddy has it on his '00 Supercab stepside. Works like a charm on mine but on his... Sounds great but rubs on the shock and has melted the plastic off his shock. He ordered a bracket originally used on the S.Crew that staggers the shocks. One in front of axle one behind and he will fab it to work oh his SC SS 150. I think this will solve his headaches. BTW he has a 4.6 on his and I have a 5.4 on my his is by far louder than mine. He also had to remove his spare from under his truck which I didn't have to do (maybe cause he has 17" wheels). It may work on a styleside but beware of the shock melting problem. Just a public service announcement since I took my truck over to his place last night (to measure rad, and my rad is a little shrimpy 1") and he looked over my shock layout and decided he would try to modify his to be the same. He is a diesel/Heavy duty truck mechanic so he can do this mod himself. I will post if this mod helps his ride as it is a little harsher than my S.Crew, keep in mind his has the ORP.
