Cool exhaust

I have a '97 XLT Supercab with a 5.4L, I am looking for additional low end horsepower. I am getting ready to install a K&N filter charger, performance chip and exhaust. Which would offer the best performane dual exhaust or a cat-back system.

Cool

My experience has shown cat backs to be a simple, and effective way to go for a daily driven application, I am currently working with the Gibosn line, and have been very pleased with the low end and mid range grunt from these systems. It is an very recent addition to my company, but I have been pleased with them so far. The company started by building systems for motorhomes to build the most low end possbile, and transfered what they learned over to trucks and SUV's. Also their is a lot less head ache in cat back systems and zero fabrication time. Couple hours install with basic tools and you are good to go. Just my opinion though. To much exhasut system can honestly decrease power output, ecspecially in low end rpm ranges.
