Heads: Edelbrock Performer EDL-60229 + head bolt kit.
Ford Racing valve covers (Aluminum - The expensive ones)
All the gaskets and bearings. (Fel-Pro)
Late model 302 roller block, machined bored .30 (Virgin Block, was never run, Ford Surplus sold at Summit)

Easy 360-385 hp, if not more depending on your cam/intake and carb choice... Machinest said I was being conservative.... Only a dyno will tell.

I have most of the receipts handy.

$4800 into parts and service $2500 takes it home - Priced to move.
