Can anyone tell me how to make the power windows work without the key on in the 2003 .
I've always done it to my Ram's, but doesn't look as easy now that I've finally "come around" and gone Ford!

Unless they've changed something you already have this. When you turn off the ignition and before you open any doors, your power windows will work. Once the doors are opened, a relay turns off power to the window switches. I suppose if you want them to work all the time, you would just need to find the relay and bypass it. It should be near the in cab fuse box.
