Over the past few weeks I have noticed that my power windows have been slowing down. This morning my drivers side went down about 3 inches and stopped. I was able to get it back up, so I tried again with the same results. My passenger side is still working but it's extremely slow. Has anyone else heard of or had the same issue? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

 

Yeppers. It's happened to others. Usually, it's the track that's dirty and the window is binding to it. Try cleaning the tracks, failing that, some (including the dealers) just spray the tracks with silicon lube.

Dont know if "search" can find it? Yes....been posted before.

Also you may have to take the door panels off to get a look at the lifting arms etc...so you can see if they are ok. Not binding, lube ok etc.

If that dosent work...it maybe electrical? lift motor etc.
