My ABS light came on last week. After reading many posts I have decided to buy the ABS rear sensor ($9.82) at a local ford dealer.
I will probably install it tonight.

However, this morning I decided to look at the DTC codes on my digital odometer.

I got two codes
1)dtc5284-->oil pressure (I know this is normal)
2)dtcC624-->????

I was wondering if anyone knew what C624 is?? I'm assuming it's ABS related, but I've searched the net and can't find any info.

I replaced the ABS sensor which took no more than 10 minutes. ABS light gone!!

Also, I let the computer reset while I was working on the sensor by unplugging the battery + terminal and turning on the headlights.

 

The C Prefix means that its a Chassis Diag Trouble Code. I cannot find that number on my reference chart.
