Question a/c fan stopped working

the blower to my a/c suddenly stopped working ('97 F150). I can hear the compressor kick in and I feel cold in the vents, but nothing is blowing. The fuses look good. I don't have a tech manual.

Which fuse in particular is for the blower itself and what else does the fuse protect? Also, is there another fuse elsewhere to check (the ones under the hood looked good, also)?

Of course, it may not be a fuse. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

I am having a similar problem except vice versa, my blower is working fine just it is not blowing any cold air, and it is not pressure cause we had that checked. ??
