Need Help with fuses

Does anyone know which fuses control the horn and cruise control in a '94 F150 XLT? The manual is no help. Thanks in advance.

it should say on the inside of the dash cover for the fuse panel. unless that little clear sticker is missing. it should tell you what all of the fuses are for.

Do you also have an air bag and is it also not working? If so replace the clockspring.
