I just got a 1998 f150. Now, when I drive, the dome light won't go off and the dinger keeps going on and on. I thought the door sensor may be screwed up, but there is no door ajar light on. What is this??

Unfortunately no. It was amazing that he was able to endure it for nearly six months.

unregistered is now registered at Eastern State mental hospital and would appreciate cards, calls and visits.

 

there is a switch inside the door frame. If you look on the lower part of the door, there is a curved black guide that slides into the frame. Stick the WD40 nozzle in there and spray the heck out of it.

That should solve the problem. If not... post again.
