Sorry, tonight I don't have axcess to part no. Switch would probably be the electrical part and not usually needed. Actuator is a piece of ¼ " square stock that rides in a channel on rightside of column and curves over to the center of the column where it attaches to the rod going to the switch and also is notched to interact the shift lock out. Removel€ Steering wheel, turn signal switch (disconnect wiring harness at lower end of column and pull thru part way), screws for upper cover casting, (lock cylinder, snap ring, bearing, and drive gear, noting position), pull upper cover and switch over post and let hang, you will now see upper actuator hanging on right side. Pivot pins on flange assembly and pry tilt locking lever open and work flange assemnbly off of spring and over post. Remember how this came off for reinstallation. Upper actuator will fall off of lower actuator (the part you are replacing). Push out roll pin retaining the rod and retrieve broken piece by pushing back up out of guide channel towards you. Note lubrication points. Reverse for installation. This is easy to do and hard to describe. I hope it makes sense.

You will also need a pivot pin puller.

All tool trucks have them. I've never looked anywhere else but I would think parts stores would have them.
