Question Headlight Adjustment

I'm not too stupid. I've installed a lot of bolt-ons but I can't figure out how to adjust my headlights! Please help. I have a 2000 F150. I know it's going to be a peice of cake once I get a basic clue...

when the front headlamp capsule is removed you will see several..i think 3, little rubber *****...the ***** that hold the light capsule in place...you will notice that these are threaded...turn them accordingly to properly aim the beams...simple but a little turn does alot...make sure that you do it while your truck is level...its easy to do and should take less than 5 mins....

Adjustment Tool

If it is the same as the 2000 Expedition, you need the Ford headlamp adjusting tool. Makes it easy, without removing the lens. You can get it at most auto parts stores (I think). I got mine from Snap-On $$$$
