01f150 what is best replacement bulb with stock wattage

I want to upgrade my 2001 F150 with better lightbulbs for the headlamps. I don't want to go to higher than stock wattages as I know it will eventually lead to problems. What is the best replacement bulb, but keep stock wattages. I heard Sylvania Xtravision is good, but can't find the wattage info, anyone know. All others appreciated also.

PIAA Platinums are good buy expensive.
Osram/Sylvania Silver Star (new) are great. I have them on now and they shine. Try to stay away from those blue bulbs. They only looks good but dont put the light where they are suppose to...on the road. Good luck. BTW, the Silver Stars are stock wattage 9007.
