1999 F150 Back-up Lights: They are not bright enough! Is there any way to make them brighter or is there a replacement bulb that works better? Drop me a line Please!!

Replacing bulbs to get brighter lighting in general in a waste of time. A lot of it has to do with the way the reverse light housing diffuses light. Your best bet is to install backup lights. Look at this gallery:

With aux backup lights its just as bright in reverse as it is driving forward. You'll never own a truck without them again.

Here's another vote for adding foglights for reverse. I've done this mod on all my trucks. Works great. Link to some photos of how I did it in my gallery.
