I have an autostart installed on my 98 S-cab - I had the unit installed so that when you use you lock button 2x on your remote entry the truck starts - Problem is that the horn sounds with presses on the lock button

There must be a way to diactivate the horn from sounding with a doublepress on the lock button

Anyone have any ideas on diactivation of this feature

Horn chirp is a configurable item in the RAP (Remote Anti-Theft Personality module) - your dealer tech should be able to hook it up to their service tool and reprogram it.
