None of the brakes lights come on when braking. I've changed the bulbs and still nothing, so I am wondering if it is in the fuses, and if so, what fuse and so forth. I do not have an owners manuel and I am currently looking for one online. IF any one can be of assistance, that would be swell!

Did you check out the stop light switch? It's a switch attached to the brake pedal linkage up under the dash. It is simple to remove test and install but there are are few steps to get it adjusted right so i would recommend picking up a repair manual for your truck so you can follow the instructions step by step.
