What does cal mean on overhead console?
Relly weird, this morning I go to leave and instead os
telling me:
12 degrees NE
it says 12 cal NE
What does the cal mean?
anyone?

Read your owner's manual.......
It's telling you that the compass is in calibration mode. You need to find a parking lot and drive the vehicle in a circle so it can re-establish magnetic north.
The procedure is in your Owner's Manual - the bigger question would be why did your compass suddenly decide it needed to be calibrated? Also, make sure you set it for the proper zone depending on where you live in the country.....
