Sensor failure

I kept getting a sensor failure message and found the culprit (see pics). Seems like it would be an easy fix, however, I can’t figure out how to remove the wires from the connector so I can rewrite. Any help would be appreciated.

This is the connection that goes into sensor

You'll need a pin extractor set.

Awesome, just don’t understand why Ford Service Department didn’t know this. Thanks!
