2002 F150 4x4 Supercab 5.4

Went out to truck and no lights in the cab and no power windows. I prowled around on the forums her for days hoping to figure it out. I replaced the GEM with a rebuilt one and have jumpered the relays to get both windows and lights to work.

This truck has always had the on again off again odometer problem, especially when it is cold. Instrument Cluster problem.

My question is, Does the I/C control the Battery saver relay and the acc delay relay coils? I have power to to the relays but no coil activation to send the power to the lights or window switch.

FYI I had 2 bad relays. Remember to check those rather than just switching them around.
