Blower Motor

I have a 2013 F150 Ecoboost and the AC kicked off while I was going down the road. I have replaced the fuses, relays, resistor and blower motor. The blower motor still does not spin. I dont have a lot of knowledge using a voltmeter but I have gone through the wires leading the the resistor and motor. Both wires leading to the blower motor are showing 12v. Is that normal and what are my options to try next before I take it to the dealer?

If you're sure you have 12V going to the motor then it must be missing a ground if the motor is good? I had similar issue on my 93 F150 which sat for almost 2 years and the ground was corroded up while my blower wouldn't blow air. I pulled the motor out and ran 12V to motor and ground off the battery and it spun right up. I had a ground issue. Maybe be your problem? With a 2013 I cant imagine the ground is corroded? That's my experience with my blower motor. I'm sure some Sr members will give you some better advice. Good Luck.
