Something strange happened to our 1999 Expedition today. My wife was driving down the street and the vehicle just shut down. It turns over but will not crank. The odometer shows all dashes, no mileage. The instrument cluster is acting a little weird. There is no fire at the spark plugs and after tapping on the computer box, the fuel pump relay under the hood started clicking rapidly. Does anyone have any ideas? I went through the codes using the reset button, but I have nothing to go by.
