Passenger window doesn’t go down

Hi, I’m kinda new to this forum so I didn’t really know where to post this problem I’m having that I can’t figure out. So the thing is that my passenger window doesn’t go down. Neither with the passenger button or the driver one. Now I put power directly to the passenger window and it went up and down and it stayed working on its own power from both switches for 2 days. But then after that it stopped working again. Some people told me it could be the master switch but some people tell me if it went up and down that it can’t be that. I have no idea what to think anymore. It is a 99 f150

I would check the GEM for corrosion and the windshield for leaks.

The GEM is on the passenger side foot well.

It can't hurt.

Only other thing it might be is a loose connection.

You can get a voltmeter and ohm everything out.

No the GEM is behind the fuse box under the driver's side of the dash on a 99.
