Power sliding rear window ?

Hey guys, I have a thread in the 04 - 08 section but thought I would post here too.

I have a 04 Lariat SCREW and ordered the window kit from Fairlane Ford on eBay last year. I had the window installed professionally at a dealership. I yanked the rear seat and mounted the motor and routed the cables. Behind the seat was a factory harness with a loose plug that was just folded back with a piece of tape around it. I hope I correctly assumed, that plug is meant to plug into the window motor since it was routed right to the mount location. The plug didn't fit the motor but found out that the plug was changed around 08/09 IIRC. I clipped the plug and spliced on the one that came on a harnesses in the kit. I have the factory switch by the dome light that I purchased on eBay, but didn't see any harness/plug up there.
So since then I haven't touched it since I just haven't had the time to mess with it and it's hard to find info on the rest. Anyway I want to get it finished. I'm assuming the other end of that factory harness (if I assumed correct) must run to the front of the truck for power? Just don't know where.
