Recently returned from AZ for work, once I returned I jumped into my truck and found that my windows do not work, no interior lights, windshield wipers do not work and washer fluid does not spray. Previous times after a heavy rain, my 4x4 light would switch on and off and I can hear a relay clicking on and off. Could this just be a worn relay that finally went out or is it something deeper?

A broad collection of symptoms that indicates that water is getting into the GEM module and/or fusebox and/or wiring connectors.

Fix the leak, dry it out, and see what damage has been done.
