Question Which Aftermarket Gauges?

I am considering getting a three hole A-pillar gauge pod. My question is actually several.

1-Which gauges should I go with? I know I wanna get a transmission temp gauge, but what else? I was thinking about an oil temp gauge and maybe a "real" oil pressure gauge.

2-How hard is it to hook the gauges up? Tranny, oil temp and pressure etc?

3-Also I have looked in summit and noticed there are not a lot of tranny temp gauges offered...anyone have one?

4-Which brand of gauges tend to match the best with the dash?

Thanks

Scoob,

Glad you asked because I have been thinking of getting the same thing. Probably Autotemp unless someone recommends heavily against them. I like their pod look on the pillar.

I was thinking probably tranny temp, oil temp, and maybe oil pressure too, but I'll wait for someone of more experience to chime in.

BTW, when anyone answers this, at least from my perspective, consider trailing towing as an aspect of this consideration.
