Issue with lights after engine change

I have a 2010 F150 Platinum and I just had to change the engine at 168k due to a valve snapping while performing a phaser install.
The issue I am having after I have installed the new engine is all of my lights are messed up. The truck starts and runs great but I have no taillights, brake lights, rear turn signals, right front turn signal, one headlight is bright and one is dim, and the left front running light is on but the right one is out. The turn signal indicators on my left mirror is out but the right one works. When I turn the turn signal on I get a fast blink.
I am thinking I must not have connected a connection to get all of these light issues. Does anyone have an idea of where to look?

Problem solved

I figured it out. I missed one of the ground connections on the drivers side near the core support. I connected the ground and now everything works perfectly.
