So today my 06 f150 Harley Davidson edition started having a weird door ajar issue. When I'm driving down the road, I get the chime of the low fuel or open door but no message or indicator light. It happens rapidly, then I get door ajar light and message. It goes on and off while driving. Even after hitting the reset switch. The dome lights DO NOT COME ON. only the indicator light and message. If I open and shut the driver door it does go off. But goes back off again repeatedly. I know its in the driver door, because I open and shut the passenger door and it didn't turn it off. Only when I open and shut the drivers door. Any ideas? I don't think it's the switch because everything works until I start down the road. And everything resets when I open and close the door. I'm scratching my head on this.
