Did you check the fuse ?
This is testing the fuse with a meter from each pin on the back of the fuse, while installed, to a known good ground.
Next check if you have +VDC at the right power window switch on the Light Blue w/ black stripe wire.
Remember the key needs to be in the run or accessory position for the tests.

Did mine in about an hour
On my 2005 supercab the passenger window just dropped when the wife tried to lower the power window. I heard the cable rattling so I knew what happened. Did a little research thru Rockauto and a few other places, would be close to $200 with shipping to Alaska and a few days at that. Looked at the Autozone website and they have Dorman regulators with motors with a lifetime warranty for $98 for my application. Make sure you get the right one, a supercab has a bigger door than a reg cab ( I had to make 2 trips to Autozone. With the help of YouTube I had panel off and old motor and regulator out in 1/2 hr. New one was installed and panel back on in about 35 minutes. I think the hardest part was trying to align the door lock to get it in the hole and install door panel at same time!
The youtube video I watched was done by A1 Auto.
