New AGM Battery

My Autozone Gold battery lasted 5 1/2 years and was getting weak. I decided to go with an AGM battery this time and Sam's Club had better prices. So, I'll try one of those to see how it does.

I first tried an AGM battery in my Kawasaki motorcycle and I was really impressed with the extra amps and the durability. It's about 3 years old now and still very strong. Recently I bought an AGM battery for my 05 Dodge Magnum Hemi and it seems very powerful. I shall see how they hold up.

I couldn't make a decision on which battery, so I bought a new truck.

In my experience, they are about twice the cost of the battery I usually buy. With that in mind, they'd have to last at least twice as long to make them cost effective. I've never bought one.
