Location of LED turn signal flasher

I bought the EP27 relay flasher after putting LEDs in my turn signals, but I cant figure out where it goes. I looked in the manual and none of the relay locations R01-R06 referenced the turn signals. The only spot I found referencing turn signals was the #02 which is just a normal 20A fuse.

The Blower/Flasher Relay block is in the center section of the instrument panel, above and to the right from the accelerator pedal position. I forget if you get to from underneath or if you have to pull the radio or whatever to get to it on a half ton pickup.

The flasher is the blue one.

You'll have to get it from underneath.

Easiest way is to turn on the flashers so it's clicking, lay on your back with your head by the pedals and legs on the seat and use the sound/feel to find it. You'll know when you touch it because it clicks pretty hard.

Sorry I hadn't updated my profile info from my old 01 to a 06, but I found the blue block under the instrument cluster, I assume that's the right one. Thanks guys.

I'm in the exact same boat with the LED conversion. Can someone post a picture of the relay? I believe I've found it but i'm not certain. It's blue with several wires coming out of it and connected to a black cube. When the signals are turned on, I can feel and hear it clicking. I gained access to it by taking off the kick panel next to the driver's side door.

Unfortunately, the air vent tube is in the way so i'm not sure what i'm looking at exactly. I'd appreciate any and all help with this. Thank you.
