Vehicle: 2010 f-150 stx 4.6

Problem: 6 month boxer pup

Problems problem: my pup ate the wiring harness that runs along the frame on the driver side. It runs to the rear from the fender well. I have fixed all of the wires and everything works right. Except one thing. The fuel gauge doesn't work.

Does anyone know what color the wires Are that run to the fuel gauge?

Also got a check engine light after an hour of driving.

 

What is the code?

 

Can't find my electrical manual! :-( But have you checked the fuse for the gas gauge? A wire may have grounded when pup was chewing on them and blown the fuse. You may find other blown fuses as well.
