Question SCrew Electrical Problem

OK guys lets see if anyone can help. Today my kid starts playing with the back power window, so I turn on the window lock and it works fine. 5 minutes later I turn it off to let her roll it down then turn it back on and the damn thing is now broken. With the window lock on, all the windows are able to be rolled down from their own button. Now thinking I've blown a fuse I start checking the fuses. The only one that is blown is the one for the fog lights, # 27. I then realize this is from the fog light mod that I did to make the fogs come on with the parking lights. Well here's my questions: 1. is there a fuse or relay for the window lock because I checked all fuses (incl under hood) and they all seem fine? 2. will operating the truck with no fuse in the fog light fuse holder (#27) mess anything up. I guess from splicing the wires in the headlight switch permits the fogs to work without the fuse. Is this good or bad? (I'm no electrician) Or should I just cut the fog light wire that was spliced to the headlight wire at the head light switch thats in the dash and put another fuse into the #27 spot. Am I making sense. Those of you who have done this probably know what I'm talking about, and your fuse is probably blown as well. Well any help is appreciated.
