'96 F150 parking lamp went out

I tried finding a thread on replacing or installing a new passenger parking light. The lense cover itself is new, from previous owner but the bulb is out. Today, briefly looked under the hood where the lights are....

Haven't checked the fuses yet. If the bulb is out, how do I replace the bulb? after opening the hood there are 2 screws on top of the headlight assembly. Do we remove those and then am I able to get to the bulb? Or are there screws on each side of the assembly inside the grill area of the truck, near the battery?

Also, my headlight lense covers are very dull. No way clear. Thinking of jsut replacing them both and if so, then all lighting will be new along with the chrome trim Is there a product I could buy to make the main headlight covers look clear again or should I just replace them? How can I do this work? I will not take it to a shop. i'm gonna have fun doing this myself. Thanks and have a great day.
