all the power windows not working, when u press the switches the interior lights dim, and when i took off and put back the relay, they is a click, help?

 

1. What relay are you removing ?
1.1. Not a good idea to pull or install the relay while power is installed. this is just a general diagnoses step.

2. Are the windows frozen shut ?
2.1. Did you wash the truck and let it sit outside in temps < 30* F ?
