Clearance Lights
Cheesefood,
Not to sound like a smart a$$ but there are two ways that I know of:
1) Install them yourself, or 2) pay someone to do it for you.
It's not a easy job since and will require lots of drilling and wire "snaking".
Probably cost prohibitive if you can't do it yourself.

Installing clearance lights really isn't that bad. And the headliner will pull down a little bit in the front after you take off the plastic bracket where the sun visors "park". I installed a set that I got from K-Mart on the black '97 that I use to have. This time I'm looking at getting the ones they put on the SuperDuty's from the dealer and putting them on. They cost about $7/ea. I just made sure to put primer on the metal after I drilled the holes and used silicone on the plastic part that touches the paint so they wouldn't leak. Hope this helps.
