2007 Ford 150 crewcab:

The power windows, door locks, mirrow adjustment, chime when you leave lights on and the radio does not shut off when you open door. All of these stopped working at the same time, help.

 

Check the wire harness that runs between the drivers side door and body of the truck. There may be a pinched, broken or frayed wire in there that could be causing this.

Also check any door harness plug end connections to see it they are secure. Hope this helps you out.
