wont start
I have a 99f150 4x4 recently I replaced the battery & alternator. My battery lite would flicker on and then go out. However yesterday it stayed on the whole way home. This morning I had lots of power bright head lights and not even a click when the key was turned even with a boost.

did you try starting the truck in neutral ?
- Directions in the owners manual for blown shift interlock on how to do this.
When you have the key in the start position, do you have + VDC on the tan w/ red strip wire on the starter motor relay on the firewall ?
If you do, next would be to check the cables from the battery to the starter and to the starter motor relay to make sure they are not corroded at the terminal ends.
