Power door locks dont work when hot outside

I have a wierd problem. The power door locks don't work all the way when hot outside like 100 degrees or more. The drivers door is the first to act up but today it was 110 and others were doing the same thing. They work like 1/2 way and you can hear them trying. Hit it 2-4 times and they make it all the way down or up. In the morning or cool days it is normal as ever. 01 s crew lariat.

ha , my driver's door was doing the same thing - got to where the lock would not go up or down useing either the remote or the switch
but when put in gear the automatic lock deal still worked and the lock would go down
I thought that was odd

works fine now it's cooled down - didn't think of the heat as the reason but ya , maybe

We could start some kind of club. The bad part is before I realized the problem one time the door was left open I guess because someone stole some stuff from my truck. The alarm was going off so he just grabed some stuff out of the glove box.
