P0353 code only when it's cold out

Only when it's cold out below 50F, my 2002 F150 4.2, within the first few miles of driving, seems to drop a cylinder and will give me a P0350 code (misfire on cyl 3). If I shut off the truck and turn it right back on while it chugging, the truck will run fine. I've replaced the coil pack, plugs and wires with the same problem. It's warm out now and the truck is running fine.
