MThe multifunction switch on my Expedition has stared acting up, the high beams come on by themselves, or after turning left. Santa brought me a new multifunction switch. I have a question concerning installation. Is it straight plug and go, or do I have to pull the steering wheel like I had to do with my father's Explorer?

Shouldn't have to pull the steering wheel ( for either of them ).

Pull the key cylinder out by depressing the button with a drift, and turning the key.
Pull the other 2 screws from the bottom.

Once this is off, you can get the top cover off.

Thanks Scully. wanted make sure I didn't need to go rent a puller before I started. I will give it a try this coming weekend.
