No Dash or odometer lights
I'm only taking about lights here. All of the functions in the truck work.
2006 Ford XLT Extended cab, My radio, my accessories (amps, equalizer, voltage meter), Dome lights, all work.
But my AC *****, window buttons, and HALF of the odometer lights do not turn on. When I say half of the odometer I mean only the Engine lights, seatbelt light, High Beam light, ALL of those still work. But odometer at night where the needles for gas and battery and speed do not work.
Can somewhere give me a clue to where to start diagnosing this? or take it to An autostore for OBDII?
I can say that I had a smell coming from behind the steering wheel.

How did you do the tests ?
What were the test results ?
Do you have the Check Engine Lamp illuminated ( you mention "or take it to An autostore for OBDII? " )
