Blowing fuse for ABS Need Help

i got a 98 f150 xlt with a 4.6l my number 13 fuse under the dash keeps blowing the ABS light pops on it also knocks out my brake lights, cruise control, and if i am in park it wont let me shift into any gear any ideas on what a possible fix is i probably blow that fuse 5 times a day and the ford dealership near me is booked up solid

did you have the recall done ?

recall 05S28. Description: Speed Control Deactivation Switch.

blowing fuse 13 is one of the symptoms.

Unplug the secondary safety switch from the front of the brake booster, replace the fuse and see if it holds.

The switch is the one with the red base on the front in this picture
