Asking why my power locks aren't working, I believe the body control module is the same thing as the rap( remote anti theft personality) module. I have located the rap and it clicks everytime I press unlock or lock without the doors automatically locking or unlocking.
1. 2002 the unit was changed to a CSM ( Central Security Module ) in case you need to know this. It is functionally similar to a RAP, but is not 1:1 changeable between the 2. Build dates of 2-OCT-2000 and later have a CSM.
2. BCM ( Body Control Module ) is a GM term, Ford does not have one.
The door locks do not work with the power door lock switch or the RKE fobs ?
Did you check the fuses for the CSM with a meter on both sides of the back of the fuse while installed ?
Cab fuse panel - Fuse # 29 - 5A & engine compartment Fuse # 115 for SCrew or Fuse #8 for std and SCab.

It does not lock with the auto door locks, I'm not sure what the fob is... and there is power to the switches bc when my headlights are on they light up. The only thing that is happening when I press unlock or lock is the white box under the dash/above the ebrake clicks
Illuminated switches does not mean the fuses to the CSM are good.
That means the instrument illumination circuit fuse is good, 2 different fuses.
Start by checking both fuses with a meter on the pin on the back on both sides while installed in the fuse panels.
