I have a 1983 F150 flareside with a 302, 4 speed manual and the inspection went up on it last month so I just recently took it in for inspection and the only thing thats holding it from passing is the back up lights. I know the lights work b/c I jumped the wires and they lit up so I went to the local auto store and they told me the switch is obsolete. I had a hard time believing that so I went to a ford dealership and they told me the same thing. So i've tried all the junk yards and have spent hours looking online for this switch and havent had any luck anyone have any suggestions were to look next?? any help would be appreciated
