I want to connect my piaa lamps in a way that I can turn them ON when the ignition is in accessory (like the stereo) so if a connect the lamp switch to the same wire as the stereo, could I get some noise in the audio?

(it is an aftermarket HU, and the now I just need to power the lamp switch to be able to turn them on)

Should not, the switch is power the relay coil, there should be nothing that causes harmonic distortion.
