I have a 99 Ext flareside with factory power locks but not keyless entry. I wanna install an aftermarket keyless entry and it seems that DEI is the way to go. I found this kit on fleabay but is this all I need?

That should be it,since your truck didn't come with factory keyless entry your truck should be a five wire system. most fords for lock and unlock are pink/lt.green and pink/yellow in the drivers kick panel. make sure you check with a meter.
