04 F-150 Power Window issue

So the motor is still working, and the window isn't broken...
I pulled the door cover off, and it appears the "wire" that is on a pulley system popped out of whack somehow, and in turn wont engage to support to put the window up/down...
It popped out 2 days ago and since i have grinded out the wires enough to the point they are too chewed up to go back in properly.

Is it possible to buy a wire and replace manually, or is this a dealer issue fix type of thing? For the record, pulling the door cover off by picture in another thread was the only "Mechanical" thing i have ever done on my truck.

Thanks in advance for any info...

Here is a thread that has pictures in it for the window regulator.

If you search the 2004-2008 forum with the term window regulator, there are a few threads on it.

This is specific to a new body style 2004, not a 2004 Heritage or Lightning version.
