KILL SWITCH die time?

KILL SWITCH die time?
I want to install a kill switch just before the fuel pump. How long will my truck run before it is starved of fuel and dies? 1995 5.0 fuel injected. Deciding on whether to add a kill switch to the fuel pump or ignition relay. I don't want a dirt bag to steal my truck.
Second: I was thinking of installing a fake kill switch to horn; would have to add a in-line fuse, a TDR, and a switch. It would honk for 1 minute when turned on and if turned on and off would honk for 1 minute. Has anyone done this?

There is no ignition relay, and unless you're hauling Unobtanium, no thief will waste his time with a 20-y.o. pickup truck. Your best protection from theft is NEWER VEHICLES.
To find out how long your truck will run with no fuel pump, read this caption:
If you want to wire into the fuel pump relay, it's in the underhood fuse block. Read these to access it:
.
But that's one of the most-obvious things, and VERY easy for an amateur thief to bypass. Read this caption:
